New “More 4 Less” Mobile Phone contract protects Street Wardens!

Our Mayor has just consistently blamed cuts on the Government. ‘If I had my way I wouldn’t be making these cuts. We simply have no choice’.

In one department in council they spent over £9,200 in a month on their mobile contracts (Jan 2015)
A multiple contract with a major provider for 400 phones could save around £5,000+ per month or £60,000 per year.
Over last 4 years there may have been near £240,000 wasted – just burning money.
